1. Account Terms

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Account Registration

To access our Services, you must provide:

• Your full legal name
• Current physical address
• Valid phone number
• Working email address
• Any other required information

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any account at our sole discretion.

1.3 Account Responsibilities

• You must keep your password secure and are responsible for all account activity
• You are responsible for all content ("Materials") uploaded or displayed through your account
• We will use your registered email as the primary communication method
• Violation of these Terms may result in immediate service termination

1.4 Account Ownership

• The signer is the contracting party ("Account Owner") unless signing on behalf of an employer
• If signing for an employer, you warrant you have authority to bind them to these Terms

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Gateways

We may create payment accounts on your behalf (e.g., PayPal Express Checkout). You are responsible for activating and maintaining these accounts.

2.2 GST (Goods and Services Tax)

• All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise
• Indian customers are subject to 18% GST (non-refundable)

2.3 Late Payments

• Shared Hosting: Payment due within 2 days of expiration
• VPS/Dedicated Servers: Payment due within 5 days of expiration
• Non-payment may result in service termination

2.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify service pricing at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing current pricing.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights (ours or third parties')
• Use defamatory, libelous, or harassing content
• Promote discrimination or hate speech
• Upload virus-infected materials
• Use VPNs to purchase services (may result in termination without refund)

3.2 SPAM Policy

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Unsolicited commercial/bulk email (SPAM)
• Creating/distributing malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks

Violations may result in immediate account suspension/termination.

4. Domain Management

4.1 Registration

• Customers must confirm successful registration within 2 hours
• Technical issues will be addressed via support channels

4.2 Domain Restrictions

Domains may be locked/suspended/terminated for:

• Trademark infringement (e.g., company/brand names)
• Incorrect KYC details
• Spam, phishing, illegal activities
• Unverified email addresses

4.3 Renewals

• Three renewal reminders will be sent (30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiration)
• Failure to renew is the customer's responsibility
• No refunds after renewal

4.4 Transfers

• Outbound: Rs 1200 (INR) transfer fee applies
• Inbound: Requires prepayment of one year's transfer fees

4.5 Free Domains

Free domains with Linux Shared Hosting will be canceled if hosting service is terminated and cannot be transferred.

5. Service Management

5.1 Bandwidth

• Exceeding limits will trigger notifications
• Accounts may be suspended until limits are resolved

5.2 Uptime Guarantee

Does not cover:

• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, etc.)
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Excessive connections from your IP

5.3 Third-Party Services

Purchasing third-party services through us subjects you to their terms and conditions.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Suspected fraud
• At our sole discretion

7. General Provisions

7.1 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

7.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in New Delhi courts.

7.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.
